Ange is a giant from Elbaph. She works as a language teacher at the Walrus School, as an assistant for Jaguar D. Saul and as a librarian of the Owl Library.

Unlike most giants, Ange is polite and knowledgeable. She is dutiful to her superior Saul, enough to humor and engage herself in his more eccentric whims. She appears to have supported Harald and his reforms for the country, and seemed to be saddened by his death. This is further supported by her speech to the God's Knights about her belief that the Walrus School and Owl Library were more important than anything else on Elbaph. She cares deeply for the children of Elbaph, as she agreed to burn down both buildings to save them, albeit very reluctantly. She tries to provide as a parental figure for Johanna, who is an orphan, and immediately grabbed her from falling off the edge despite being severely wounded by invisible brambles. Despite his own wounds, Ange rushes into battle with a clearly stronger enemy to prevent him from kidnapping the children.
