Jack orchestrated his first impression to be indicative of someone kind, approachable, and earnest when talking to Sun and Neneto. He claimed to prefer what's "inside people's hearts" to their misleading exteriors. He also favoured dogs over people as the sociable animals are straightforward with their feelings while people tend to hide theirs away. This seemingly genuine and soulful reflection on the human spirit ended up being true of himself, too, as Jack's bonhomie was partnered with an overt desire to see others, including children, engage in bestiality. Jack turned out to treat his perversion with the same laid-back demeanour as he did basic formalities. He was however incredibly repulsed by the idea of homosexuality, ignoring the fact that the two participants would've been a child and a dog. Later on in the manga, when revealed to have banded together with Sun and Sulya to manage the cult and the Agniist belief system, Jack showed no acknowledgement of his prior offences and also felt zero remorse when premeditating Judah's future sacrifice despite the two presumably having past connections.
