Biyografi
Thalassa Lucas is the former king of the Ilisia Kingdom, a country in West Blue. Eight years ago, Lucas took part in the Levely held in Mary Geoise. During the meeting, he presented a photo of Monkey D. Dragon to the assembly, warning the gathered monarchs that Dragon's ideology posed a significant danger to the established order. He further predicted that within six years, Dragon would become a great thorn in the side of the World Government—a warning that, in time, proved to be remarkably prescient. The Ilisia Kingdom is currently ruled by King Cezar. Whether Lucas passed away, was deposed, or abdicated remains unknown.
