Ghoul Physiology: Being a ghoul, Noro possessed a ukaku kagune, kakuja, and very high levels of regeneration that were given to him by Eto. However, Noro possessed a physiology unlike any other ghoul. He was able to form kagune-like structures from his body even after being severed in half, and from the perspective of an average ghoul, he ate an absurd amount of meat. Out of all ghouls acknowledged by the CCG, Noro was considered to be one of the strongest ghouls, excluding the One-Eyed Owl and Shachi. Ukaku Kagune: Noro had a very thick, lamprey-like kagune with a functional mouth. With it, Noro destroyed the CCG's computer system and assassinated the CCG's forces with minimal effort. During the Rose investigation, Noro easily annihilated the Quinx and Kuramoto Squads, killing many members during the assault. It is heavily implied this kagune is not actually his, but Eto's. Ukaku Kakuja: Noro's kakuja was unique, instead of forming armor, it transformed into a huge mass of kagune covered by large mouths, similar to his regular kagune. Noro was unable to move as this lump of kagune raged uncontrollably but enabled him to withstand a high quantity of firepower. It is heavily implied this kakujae is not actually his, but Eto's. Superhuman Regeneration: Noro displayed freakish levels of regeneration even among ghouls. He could reattach severed body parts almost immediately, even when it was his torso cut in half. In his encounter with Uta, Yomo, and Tsukiyama, he survived getting pierced by Uta, having his head kicked off by Yomo, and being stabbed multiple times by Tsukiyama. While fighting the Quinx and Itou Squads, he reattached his lower half effortlessly. Pain Tolerance: Noro was unfazed by the many severe, life-threatening wounds inflicted upon him.
