Outlook III is a noble of the Goa Kingdom. He is the husband of Didit, the biological father of Sabo, and the adoptive father of Sterry.

Like other nobles in the Goa Kingdom, Outlook is an arrogant person who does not care for anyone that is of lesser status than himself, referring to them as trash. He values cleanliness very highly, saying he would need to disinfect immediately upon getting a commoner's blood on him, and also ensuring that Sabo was washed immediately upon returning home. He is not above using his money to bribe officials if necessary to attain his family's goals, and he was willing to hire pirates to retrieve his missing son. Outlook believes that since parents give their children life, children are obligated to do everything their parents tell them and fulfill their parents' expectations. His ultimate objective for his children is for them to marry into the Goa royal family, thus securing greater wealth and status for himself. He cares little for his children's happiness beyond rewarding them for their obedience, having cruelly ripped up a young Sabo's drawing, and even striking Sabo when his son resisted his commands. He views his family's noble status to such a degree that he could not fathom Sabo willingly abandoning this lifestyle, insisting that he had been coerced by his friends Ace and Luffy. Despite Sabo's constant rebellion, Outlook used his family's resources to ensure his son would never escape, expecting that he would eventually relent and conform to his expectations.
