Ryūji Tsuge is the devil coach who is responsible for the harsh training in the camp. All the camp's practice menu were prepared by Tsuge. Tsuge is U-17 Camp's Circuit Coach. He also seems to be the adviser for the dorms. He's in charge of training their physicality. He won't go easy on assigning them strict training. Standing together with the players on the court, he's the coach who directs their training.
