Tetsuya Kinomoto, also known as Mr. Mangaka, is a modern member of the Kingdom of Science. Prior to the Petrification, he was a manga artist.

Tetsuya is very dedicated to his former occupation as an artist: the very first thing he did after reviving was ask about his project deadline, unaware of the centuries that passed. He has focused so much on being an artist, that he ended up not being good at much else. Due to his manga artist background, he noticed many small bits of trivia. This was seen when he was giving a play-by-play of the aerial battle between the Kingdom of Science and American Colony thanks to one of his previous works, a military series named "WW4". In Dr. Stone: The Voices That Face the Future, Tetsuya also believed that porn accelerated human progress, and was a necessity no one other than Ginro was man enough to ask for. He was ready to develop a porn industry with Ginro's help and take over the world, making a ton of money, but the plans were stopped by Kinro before they could come to fruition. He was also shown to be basking in the glory of having no deadlines, but still helped Gen and Ruri with writing an interesting story. In addition, he was trying to develop wordless comedy mangas so that the illiterate villagers could enjoy them as well. Later in the same story, Tetsuya expresses his gratitude to Senku for healing his artist injuries and allowing him to continue his work. He also took on Namari as an apprentice, but still advised her to continue going to school with her other friends.
Biyografi
Tetsuya Kinomoto, also known as Mr. Mangaka, is a modern member of the Kingdom of Science. Prior to the Petrification, he was a manga artist. He was revived to test the feasibility of reviving a broken statue, and was later tasked with helping bring back entertainment to the Stone World. In the pre-petrification world, Tetsuya worked as a mangaka, and was pretty good at what he did, at least by the people who recognized him and his talents. Despite his skills, he made very little profit from his work. He was probably extremely overworked, with constant deadlines that he spent many sleepless nights working to complete. Over the years, the all-nighters took a toll on Tetsuya, forming permanent large bags under his eyes. Throughout his life, Tetsuya would work on many different genres and manga series, one named example being a military series titled "WW4". While working on these series, Tetsuya would pick up little tidbits of information and fun facts on said genre. He also learned about other mangakas such as Osamu Tezuka. When he was petrified, Tetsuya was working on yet another one of his projects, and thus his resulting petrified position was him working hard at his desk. It would seem that in the Stone World, a lot of Tetsuya's problems ceased. Deadlines: Upon waking up, Tetsuya immediately fears for his deadlines, and doesn't even notice how much time has passed, showing how important the deadlines are to him. Tiredness: Tetsuya suffers from massive bags under eyes, which have been caused by the many all-nighters he has taken in order to finish his deadlines. Low Earnability: According to Tetsuya's worker file, he doesn't get a lot of money for his hard work reaching deadlines.
