Youkou Kakujou is a member of the Kakujou Family. He is the main protagonist of the series, Smokin' Parade.

Youkou is abash and reckless in nature. His perceptions about the Codes of Conduct often led him in those situations, of that he thinks it is more important than anything. For example, he jumped off the bridge just to return a certain trash. Despite this, he has a will for justice in his heart's desire whenever the rules are violated and vandalized.
Biyografi
Youkou Kakujou is a member of the Kakujou Family. He is the main protagonist of the series, Smokin' Parade. Youkou's past is still uncertain, however he has memories at a young age of his mother attempting to kill him. His mother would refer to him as a monster. At some point, Youkou ended up in the same orphanage as his sister, Mirai. Youkou spent much of his time protecting the wheelchair bound Mirai during their time at the orphanage. Eventually a man Youkou calls Kakujo-san adopted both Mirai and Youkou. After being adopted, Kakujo-san is the one who influenced Youkou's importance in the concept of family rules. At the beginning of the story, Mirai receives new legs from Ame no Tori.
