As a child, Alice is portrayed as a very caring person, going so far as to bring her friends lunch every day. She can also be very strict, calling out Kirito and Eugeo when they are once again slacking off during their work. Still, Alice herself does not always do as she is told, at one point even abusing a technicality in the Taboo Index, in order to convince her friends to accompany her into the Mountain Range at the Edge. After becoming an Integrity Knight, Alice is shown to be very protective of the things important to her. Her desire to protect Underworld even overpowers her beliefs as an Integrity Knight and allows her to stand against Administrator. Later, she is also shown strictly guarding Kirito while he is incapacitated, refusing to even let strangers close to him. Alice is also portrayed as proud and noble. As such, she refuses to admit weakness, ask for help, or even accept it when offered - the only exception to this are people she trusts deeply, such as Kirito or Bercouli.
