Like all ogres in Underworld, Furgr was a wolf-like demi-human with long fur engulfing nearly all of his upper body. He had a brawny upper body, a slender back, muscular arms, and the head of a wolf with a protruding nose bridge, saw-like teeth, and triangular ears. Furgr also had yellow eyes and a scar next to his left eye.

Unlike goblins, Furgr was not possessed by greed. He only participated in the war against the Human Empire due to orders from Emperor Vector, his only goal in the war being to bring it to an end and receive permission for the Ogres to return to their grasslands to raise their horses and hunt birds. Furgr believed that power came with responsibilities and felt obliged to his race as its chief. The Ogre chief bore no grudge against the humans who killed members of his race.

Furgr also had yellow eyes and a scar next to his left eye. Furgr was equipped with a crossbow, tied to his left arm.
