He is the current U.S. President. In the original timeline, he came to power when the competition over relics became more fierce. He became a key instigator behind world wars and allowed Keira Clark to do as she please since they were in perfect agreement together. He is the current U.S. President. He became a key instigator behind world wars and allowed Keira Clark to do as she please since they were in perfect agreement together. Surprisingly, he became President five years earlier than in the past life. After Seo Joo-Heon stole all of the relics inside the Pentagon and Tomb of Wrath to prevent any future wars despite the protests of Julian Miller and the fact that Seo Joo-Heon had already executed the main instigator Keira Clark, Seo Joo-Heon was soon contacted by him who demanded that Seo Joo-Heon and his allies return the stolen Pentagon relics. Having no choice, Seo Joo-Heon immediately agreed to do so. In actuality, Seo Joo-Heon secretly had Yoo Jae-Ha use Leonardo da Vinci's Notebook of Ideas to make fakes and then placed curses on them using Nergal's Relic. Afterwards, Seo Joo-Heon and his allies attended a meeting with him inside the White House to return the relics which are fakes. Although he was wary of the bad rumors surrounding Seo Joo-Heon and ordered Official Appraisers and Official Restorers to check the validity of the relics, the officials were easily fooled by Yoo Jae-Ha's fakes and he concluded that not everything bad about Seo Joo-Heon was completely true. Consequently, Seo Joo-Heon established a somewhat mutual relationship with him. After he decided to offer some form of protection for Seo Joo-Heon and his allies, Seo Joo-Heon convinced him that TKBM was also aiming to steal the Pentagon relics which was a half-truth. After hearing this, he was furious and proceeded to attack TKBM after Seo Joo-Heon and his allies returned home. Nevertheless, he still decided to hand over Seo Joo-Heon's name to Interpol.
