He is ambitious and has a strong sense of patriotism and devotion to Japan However, he is rude and racist to Koreans such as Seo Joo-Heon and views them as inferior to him. He is a member of the Japanese Evacuation Team which is allied with TKBM. He was the original owner of Escape Rope and Housemaid's Delicious Mochi before the relics were stolen by Seo Joo-Heon. He temporarily worked with Linda Walker to obtain Gold and Silver Axes. However, since Seo Joo-Heon already took Gold and Silver Axes without his knowledge, he ended up discarding and losing his Red Jar Relic in a empty tomb. After realizing that someone who knew about the existence of relics took the Gold and Silver Axes, he contacted the Japanese Evacuation Team who revealed that according to Sasaki Yuka's Prince Shōtoku's Future Guide, a dangerous Korean who is titled "The Person who will Swallow the World" took the Gold and Silver Axes. Despite being warned of Seo Joo-Heon, he dismissed the contents of the prophecy on the belief that Koreans are inferior. Nevertheless, he still tried to capture Seo Joo-Heon at the tomb of Muramasa who proceeded to incapacitate him and steal his Escape Rope and Housemaid's Delicious Mochi before heading to obtain Muramasa. In response, he tried to kill the innocent civilians by placing them in a sacrificial trap where Muramasa's Failed Katana would forcibly compel people to kill each other. However, after Seo Joo-Heon foiled the trap, he was beaten up by the civilians he tried to kill and was unable to obtain Muramasa before Seo Joo-Heon did. In one last attempt to redeem himself and recover losses, he tried to persuade Seo Joo-Heon to join the Japanese Evacuation Team by claiming that Prince Shōtoku's Future Guide is beneficial when it comes to obtaining relics and they would pay Seo Joo-Heon well. Seo Joo-Heon seemingly accept much to his surprise by allowing him to climb to safety after the civilians. As they climb to safety with Escape Rope for a while, Seo Joo-Heon then proceeded to kick him off which destroyed his legs after he revealed that the Japanese Evacuation Team is allied with TKBM. Seo Joo-Heon then revealed that he had no intentions of working for a murderous group allied with TKBM whose people are just bastards willing to kill people to keep them quiet and animals that are even worse than relics. Realizing that he is going to die a dog's death at the crumbling tomb of Muramasa after noticing that Seo Joo-Heon successfully escaped with Escape Rope, he regretted his actions and wondered why did he enter a tomb alone without any fear, why did he try to take care of someone relying solely on Prince Shōtoku's Future Guide, and what would happen if he never tried to harm the civilians and had been nicer to Seo Joo-Heon. After dying, his death and immoral actions were publicly revealed by the civilians which caused countries to discredit Japan and contributed to the collapse of Japanese Evacuation Team.
