Warren Rocko is a Mage of the Fairy Tail Guild.

Warren uses his magic to gain insight on his opponents and come up with tactics to counter them. He also has a tendency to think out loud via his telepathy, accidentally conveying his inappropriate thoughts to everyone close. Warren has a fear of heights, which causes him many problems in his life, his acrophobia is so severe that he protested building their new guild somewhere high up on a hill, only to be kicked out. He is also a vegetarian. Warren cares a lot for his comrades, out of all of them, he appears to be closer friends with Max as the two are often seen together the most. They are against the violent brawls within their guildhall, therefore they do what they can to stop them from destroying their guild and complain when the reckless damage is already done. Warren is shown to have some degree of insecurity, viewing himself as a handsome man, only to be emotionally hurt when mocked and laughed at by Lamy's clones. His insecurities extend to his inability to be useful in battle, having to constantly hide whenever the battle gets too intense. He was especially scared during the war against Alvarez as he broke down crying when the tide turned against them, but after some brutal yet encouraging words from Max, reminding him that they're all scared but must protect their home in spite of it, Warren regains his composure enough to relay information to their forces. Over time, Warren gains a great deal of confidence and taking on a more leadership role by using his tactical skills to convey his plans to his teammates and even landing a hit on the enemy himself.

Warren Rocko is a Mage of the Fairy Tail Guild. Warren, although he may not look it, is classified as one of the more powerful Mages in the guild, and he has gone on a huge number of jobs alone. At one point when he took a girl on a date, as they were crossing a bridge, due to his fear of heights, his mental shouts of "Help, save me!!! I'm scared!!!" were heard by everyone in town.
